Sydney's Story:
Sydney is an adorable 3-year-old little girl. Sydney was born with Spastic Quadriplegias Cerebral Palsy, which means all four of her limbs are affected.
Sydney was born not breathing for the first 7 minutes and then was placed on a cooling mat to help bring her body temperature down. She then went into a coma for 3 days.
Sydney loves her older sister, Jordyn, who is like a mommy to her, helping her parents take good care of her. Sydney also has a little brother, Tripten, who loves to climb all over her and tries pulling her glasses off her face.
Sydney has several daily seizures. She has a special wheelchair and walker to help her move around.
Even though Sydney must have a feeding tube and has regular doctor visits and therapy, she brings her family so much laughter and joy.
Sydney loves music, being outside, and exploring with her family while riding 4-wheelers and ATVs.
Sydney will be adopted as a Sparrow to Eugene Christian School. Students will work hard to raise money for Sydney through sponsored community service.
