Chevelle is a sweet little girl who was born with an unknown rare liver disease. This disease is very dangerous and has caused her liver to shut down.

nAt 14-months-old, Chevelle was placed on a liver transplant list. Her health was so poor that her body was unable to absorb nutrients, and she required many medications.

nOn November 20, 2020, Chevelle underwent an 8-hour liver transplant surgery. The surgery was a success but soon after her body started to reject the new liver.

nChevelle and her family have traveled back and forth from Medford to Stanford for most of 2021, because Chevelle’s new liver has made her very ill.

nChevelle is once again on the liver transplant list and will go in for surgery as soon as possible.

nOnce Chevelle receives a new liver, she and her family will be required to live within 2 hours of the hospital because her health is so fragile.

nChevelle is a little warrior. She is very happy, intelligent, loves to snuggle, and has a smile that lights up a room.

nChevelle will be adopted as a Sparrow to Lone Pine Elementary School. Lone Pine Students will work hard to raise money for Chevelle through sponsored community service.
