USA Fly Fishing Derby
The first annual Sparrow Clubs USA Fly Fishing Derby was a huge success.After a wonderful Friday evening gourmet dinner at Rock Springs Guest Ranch hosted by Pronghorn, and a Saturday morning clinic by reknowned stillwater fly fishing expert Denny Rickards, seven teams of three competed for the better part of the day.
Several fly fishers hauled in 25 - 30" rainbow trout weighing up to 15 lbs at beautiful (and private) Alder Creek Lake near Sisters OR. Pictures and a full story will soon follow ...
